Georgia Oilmen’s Association Workers’ Compensation Insurance Program, Inc.

In 1991, the Georgia Oilmen's Association formed the Georgia Oilmen's Association Workers' Compensation Insurance Program, Inc. to provide a stable market for association members for their workers' compensation coverage.  Dividends have been paid back to members in excess of $22,170,500.  Coverage is provided for qualified petroleum marketers, convenience store operations, environmental companies, and other businesses related to the petroleum industry.

Construction Suppliers’ Association Self-Insured Workers’ Compensation Fund

In 1982, the Construction Suppliers Association of Georgia formed the CSASIF to asist members in resolving workers' compensation problems.  The goal of the CSASIF is to provide a stable source of quality workers' compensation coverage for members in Georgia.  From construction to HVAC, members of the CSASIF come from a variety of building material businesses.  Competitive, stable pricing makes the CSASIF an attractive alternative to the ever changing traditional insurance market.

Health Care Mutual Captive Insurance Company

Since 1992, a stable and cost effective workers’ compensation market for members of the Assisted Living Association of Georgia (ALAG), Georgia Association of Community Care Providers (GACCP), and Service Providers Associations for Developmental Disabilites (SPADD).  Membership in one of these associations is required.

Administered by Georgia Administrative Services, Inc., Health Care Mutual has a conservative management philosophy with an emphasis on personal service and long term memberships.  Health Care Mutual is open to independent insurance agents.

Georgia Education Workers' Compensation Trust

The GEWCT is a group self-insurance program designed by school superintendents in Georgia and has been providing workers' compensation for school systems in the state since 1991. GEWCT is a not-for-profit insurance program owned by the participating members. The GEWCT has a proactive stance on safety training, aggressive claims management and medical cost containment that drive down the frequency of losses, mitigate claim costs and result in decreased experience modification factors and premiums. The GEWCT has paid back dividends to members in excess of $3,108,000.
